Strawberry Jam

This strawberry jam is vegan, easy to make, doesn't have any refined sugars and only needs three ingredients. You won't buy store bought jam again!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add strawberries and maple syrup to pan. Cook on high heat until softened.
  • Mash strawberries with fork to desired consistency.
  • Add chia seeds and allow to set.

Notes

The smell of this jam is absolutely divine, as is the taste. If you haven't eaten it all right away, store in a jar in the fridge for up to a week.
