Tahini Maple Mustard Dressing (vegan)

Make tahini maple mustard dressing thick like mayo or thinner for an easy-pour dressing. You'll soon be adding this to a variety of dishes.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard Mother or Mustard of choice
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to process and blend until desired consistency is achieved. Add a small amount of water, if required to achieve a thinner consistency.
    ¼ cup Tahini, 2 tablespoons Mustard Mother or Mustard of choice, 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup, 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, 1 Garlic Clove, Salt and Pepper, to taste

Notes

Store any left over dressing in an airtight container in the fridge and use within 3 days.
