Strawberry Top Vinegar
Infuse vinegar with fresh strawberry tops for a delicious addition to salad dressings, marinades, vegetable pickling, and chutneys.

- Strawberry Tops any quantity, ideally ¼ to ½ a cup
- Vinegar apple cider, rice wine or white
Pack washed strawberry tops in a jar. Fill jar to top with vinegar.
Allow strawberry tops to infuse for a couple of days in a cool, dark place.
Strain strawberry tops from vinegar using a fine sieve, be sure to keep the vinegar! Bottle the vinegar in jars.
