This strawberry jam could not be any more delicious, or easier to make.
In fact this jam is so easy, requires so few ingredients and effort, you’ll be spreading this over fresh bread, crumpets or adding to a cake filling in 10 minutes.
In the very unlikely event you have any left to store, it will keep in the fridge for up to one week in a jar or airtight container.
Strawberry Jam
This strawberry jam is vegan, easy to make, doesn't have any refined sugars and only needs three ingredients. You won't buy store bought jam again!
Equipment
- Saucepan
Ingredients
- 2 cups Fresh Strawberries
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
Instructions
- Add strawberries and maple syrup to pan. Cook on high heat until softened.
- Mash strawberries with fork to desired consistency.
- Add chia seeds and allow to set.
Notes
The smell of this jam is absolutely divine, as is the taste. If you haven’t eaten it all right away, store in a jar in the fridge for up to a week.
